Communications strategy
Connect business priorities to a clear communications plan, stakeholder map, operating rhythm and measures that reflect the actual objective.
Independent communications counsel · Mumbai
Nutgraf Solutions helps leaders and organisations turn complexity into clear, credible communication - before a high-stakes moment, through it, and after the noise has moved on.
Communication belongs at the centre of decision-making.
“The communications function should be a hub in the organisation, not the last mile.”
When communications enters at the end, it distributes a decision. When it enters at the start, it helps shape one: mapping stakeholders, testing the narrative, finding the risk and building the proof.
What we do
Focused engagements for boards, leadership teams and communications functions. Strategy stays close to execution, and every recommendation is built to work in the real world.
Connect business priorities to a clear communications plan, stakeholder map, operating rhythm and measures that reflect the actual objective.
Create an organised system of core messages, proof points and audience adaptations that keeps a complex organisation aligned without flattening its voice.
Find the story only your organisation can own, then make it useful across leadership, media, employee, digital and experience channels.
Bring facts, legal context, stakeholder needs and reputation risk into one disciplined response - with candour, speed and restraint.
Shape a leader's platform, point of view and public voice so that authority comes from substance, consistency and evidence.
Turn strategy into editorial systems, executive content and immersive narratives that move people from information to understanding.
Signature offering
One enterprise narrative. Distinct voices. Built to adapt.
Large organisations communicate through many leaders, teams, brands, partners and channels. A single script cannot serve them all. Complete freedom produces fragmentation.
AMA defines what must remain consistent, what may adapt and how each audience should hear the idea. Teams gain room to move without losing the enterprise story.
A practical decision system for faster content, stronger governance and clearer differentiation across brands, audiences, channels and moments.
How we work
No off-the-shelf playbooks. The work starts with the business context, the people who need to act and the evidence an audience will believe.
Listen, map the stakeholders and find where the stated story diverges from lived reality.
Separate signal from noise. Define the central idea, its evidence and the choices it requires.
Build the narrative, message system, governance and tools that make the strategy usable.
Work with leaders and teams to apply it, measure what matters and course-correct.
